To organize a party at Hologram Zoo, we have a minimum requirement of eight guests.
We offer complimentary entry for parents accompanying children, making it convenient for you to invite family members and friends to celebrate together without any additional cost.
At Hologram Zoo, our parties include the services of a party host at no additional cost to you. You can enjoy the convenience and assistance of a dedicated party host to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
You have the flexibility to either bring your own food or choose from our menu options at Hologram Zoo. Our menu offers a variety of items, including pizza, desserts, and more. You have the option to bring your own cake for the party, or you can choose to have us provide one for you from The Cheesecake Shop for an additional fee of $50. During your party at Hologram Zoo, you will have a designated party space and table reserved exclusively for your group for a duration of 2 hours. This space is customizable, allowing you to decorate it according to your preferences.
Our party prices at Hologram Zoo are determined based on the selected time slot:
To secure your booking, we kindly request a $150 deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit ensures your preferred time slot and helps us make the necessary arrangements for your party.
As a special treat, the birthday child will receive a complimentary mystery present chosen by us from a selection of gifts available on the day. It will be a delightful surprise for the birthday child to unwrap and enjoy during their celebration at Hologram Zoo.
To ensure the safety and convenience of our guests, we offer dedicated storage bins for your party at Hologram Zoo. You can securely store your belongings in these bins throughout the duration of your event. Additionally, if you have any valuables that you prefer to store with our staff, we are more than happy to assist. Simply inform our staff, and we will securely hold your valuables for you. You can retrieve them at any time upon request.

We offer flexible party starting times for your convenience. On Saturdays, you can begin your party at any time between 10am and 5:30pm. On Sundays, party start times are available from 10am to 3pm. This allows you to choose a time slot that suits your schedule best and ensures a fantastic birthday experience at Hologram Zoo.
Parents are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time to set up decorations. You are free to bring any decorations of your choice, keeping in mind that they should be easily removable by the end of your party. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to maintain a clean and organized environment for all guests.

The deposit amount remains the same, regardless of any adjustments to the guest count.
Absolutely! While you have the option to bring your own lolly bags for the birthday party, Hologram Zoo also offers an exciting selection of birthday party lolly bags. Additionally, we provide fun prizes for party guests at an additional cost of only $8 per person. These extra options can enhance the party experience and add to the enjoyment of all attendees.
Children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult at all times during the birthday party session.
